For new patient consultations we can do the consultation in person (book below) or virtually by sending an email to sarahvalleeinjectables@gmail.com

SUBJECT - New patient consultation and we will reply within 48 hours.

Please note the following policies:

No Advil/red wine, fish oils or other blood thinners for 3 days prior to your appointment
*Note we require 48 hours for cancellation*
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If late for your appt we may be unable to see you.

Appointments are released online approx 6-8 weeks prior.
